My landing light lenses are cracking. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm tempted to stop drill these cracks but wonder if the Lexan will shatter. Does anyone know a source for replacements?

I had the same problem and I did drill the ends of the cracks but not all the way through so as they wouldn't leak. Has worked out OK
I think that coutersinking the holes weakens them.
Some years ago I bought new lens from SNA

Are you sure the lenses are Lexan? (polycarbonate)
It sounds more like Lucite (poly methacrylate)
Polycarbonate can be bent like metal in a brake & is damned hard to crack.
Knowing SNA methods, I think they supply the cheaper Lucite.
At any rate, thanks for the heads up. I will make a plaster cast of mine before trimming, so they can be reproduced by anyone in the formed plastic business.l
