Hello all Seawind-ers,

August 22 and 23, 2009 is the Kansas City Aviation Expo and Air Show.

Would anyone consider attending? I would love to meet you and your beautiful machine. Unfortunately, there are no BIG name demo-teams, like the Blue Angels or Thunderbirds, attending this year. Maybe you could tie the trip to an extended vacation. There is a lot of water within an hour's flight and there is Branson, Missouri which is about 185 miles from K.C. Branson is one of the fastest growing entertainment capitals in the country and is near Table Rock Lake, a large body of water and Silver Dollar City is near there. The Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake is within 125 miles, large lakes in the southwestern part of Missouri. Several reseviour-lakes in Kansas to the west such as Perry Reseviour near Lawrence, Kansas, home of the University of Kansas and Tuttle Creek Reseviour near Manhattan, Kansas, home of Kansas State University. The Kansas City Royals will be in town from the 21st thru the 26th playing Minnesota and Cleveland and we have the "World's of Fun" amusement park and much, much more. I'm sounding like a travel agent or chamber of commerce member or something. I better stop. I am Pat Dolan, a pilot in spirit and a Seawind enthusiast. pdolan@nspjarch.com.
