Editor’s Desk

Since it's inception in 1994, the ISPA has had six members who have taken on the responsibility of being editor/administrator/webmaster.

Their duties have included, among many things, the writing and distribution of the ISPA Newsletters, gathering and posting content on the Seawind Pliots web site, and helping to coordinate annual events such as the Splash-Ins.
